Warmup:
5 Burpees
10 Jumping pullups
15 Jumping Jacks
x3

For time, 50, 40, 30, 20 reps
Wall Ball shots, 20lbs
Double Unders
Pushups

My Time: 23:50 (I’ve never been so frustrated with a jump rope.)
